Want to give our services a try? Follow these instructions to create your account and you'll be one step closer to a kitty-friendly household!
This step is only applicable for clients wanting In-Home Consultations. Virtual & Email Consultations can be provided throughout the globe.

Sign up here & Activate your account, or contact us and we will be happy to do it for you.

Sign the Service Agreement on your client portal.

Complete the Pet & Info tabs on your client portal.

We will be in touch with you within 48 hours to discuss your kitty's behavioral issue.
A deposit of $75 is required to proceed with booking services. After the deposit is received, we will send you an Intake Form to complete. The deposit will be applied to your future services.

Collect Deposit
Once we have received the deposit we will provide you with a link to complete our first Intake Form so we can begin assessing your kitty's behavioral issue. Please send back the completed form in a Message on your Client Portal under the message box where it says “add attachment.” Contact us if you need more help.

Fill Out Our Intake Form
Download our user-friendly mobile app Time To Pet. Going forward you will be able to correspond with us, review your scheduled appointments, and pay your invoices through this app. Please use your client portal user information to log into the app.
